For years, the California political establishment has told the working class to lower our expectations. 

We are warned by California’s Democratic Party “leaders” that asking for secure housing, universal healthcare, and free public education is unrealistic. 

We are told that a state with an economy larger than the majority of other countries can not afford to meet the needs of its people. 

That condescending lecture always comes from politicians and corporate interests whose decisions created the suffering they now demand we bear as normal.

There is always money for war, surveillance, policing, and defense contractors. 

There is always money to rescue corporations, guarantee profits, and subsidize speculation. 

Yet when working people demand the material basics of a dignified life, we are told to be patient, pragmatic, and grateful for crumbs.

It is a flat out lie that a society this wealthy cannot house its people, heal its sick, or educate its young without crushing debt and bankruptcy.

We can and we will, because we have the solutions!

Our campaign organizes outside the corrupted two-party system, rejecting billionaires’ bribes so that we can deliver on the people’s agenda.

Chip in to build the California working people deserve

Housing, healthcare, and education for all are non-negotiable and we are going to fight like hell for them. 

We will fund social housing and community land trusts, end the criminalization of homelessness, and make Housing First the standard so people have stable homes before anything else. 

We will stop rent extortion with statewide rent control, repeal Costa Hawkins, and shut down speculation that turns homes into profit machines.

We will implement single payer healthcare through CalCare so every Californian receives healthcare based on need, free at the point of service. 

And we will restore education as a public good by canceling student debt, bringing back tuition-free public colleges, funding schools fairly, and paying educators what they deserve.

When housing is secure, healthcare is guaranteed, and education is free, people will live with security, hope, and purpose. They will contribute, and thrive, and so will our state.
