Something extraordinary happened in New York City: Zohran Mamdani, a socialist, is now Mayor.

This wasn't supposed to happen. The political consultants, the corporate donors, the "pragmatic" voices—they all said a socialist couldn't win.

But he stood for working people, and working people stood with him.

His victory tells us: the left can win when we're bold, when we organize, and when we refuse to compromise on our values.

We can do the same thing in California.

We have the people. We have the organizing power. We have the hunger for real change. Not corporate-friendly band-aids, but truly transformative policies that put people over profit.

California is facing a housing crisis, climate catastrophe, widening wealth inequality, and more.

The establishment has failed us. But we don't have to accept their failures as inevitable.

We can win when we build a grassroots movement, speak truth to power, and propose real policies that address the material needs of the people.

We can win in California too, but we have our work cut out for us and we need YOUR help.
